Refund and Returns Policy

All cancelation from guest arise additional charges as follows:
For Half-day, Full-day tours:
More than 24 hours before departure: No charges
Less than 24 hours before departure or No show : 100% of the tour

For two-day tours up:
More than 90 days before departure: No charges
From 90 days to 30 days before departure : 10% of the tour
From 29 days to 7 days before departure : 50% of the tour
Less than 7 days before departure: 75% of the tour
No show : 100% of the tour
